Above capacity guidelines are estimates only. Factors to consider include location of aisles, local fire, building, and liquor codes. Provision should be made for food serving areas, bars, stages, dance floors, and other specially designated spaces. Tables / Chairs $15 ea • Assortment of round and rectangular folding tables. Delivery/Setup Fees San Juan Island - No delivery fees on orders greater than $350. Call or write for delivery fees on orders less than $350. Orcas, Lopez, and Shaw Islands - Minimum delivery fee of $200. Additional delivery fee may apply depending on nature of order. Please call for a quote. Outer Islands - Please call for a quote. Prices do not include sales tax. Cancellation and terms of payment A deposit of 50% of the order is due to secure the order. 40% of the deposit is returnable if order is cancelled prior to 60 days before the event. Entire deposit is non-refundable if order is cancelled within 60 days of event. Note(s) ~ Above capacity quide estimated using 60" round tables with 8 to 10 chairs per table.
